DE-FORME'

A unique design inspired by childhood experiences where the bottle's deformation creates a tactile and visual cue serving as a gentle reminder to drink water. The design ensures development of healthy hydration habit in children aged 5 to 9. A design that can change the world, making hydration a part of our daily routine using “Nudge Design”. The project was presented at the WDO Research and Education Forum 2023 that took place on the first day of the World Design Assembly at Chiba University’s Design and Research Institute in Tokyo (Japan). Hosted by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion, the Forum explored the theme of Design Beyond and aimed to share perspectives and ongoing research demonstrating the future impacts of design across different human, technological and planetary contexts.
