Modular Knife Set - Packaging System

A fully custom packaging system designed from first principles for a multi-component knife set. The structure integrates dedicated cavities for a cutting board, primary knife, stop bracket, and auxiliary cylindrical components, ensuring positional stability and impact protection.The layout is geometry-driven, aligning each element for efficient assembly, intuitive access, and minimal material waste. Internal channels and recesses are optimized for secure retention while maintaining clean extraction. The outer box and internal tray operate as a unified system, balancing rigidity with manufacturability.Two complete model iterations were developed to refine spatial organization, tolerances, and user interaction. The final outcome prioritizes protection, clarity of arrangement, and production feasibility.
